Deity V.Lav

The V.Lav is a broadcast-grade omni-directional lavalier microphone designed for use in video productions and is the world's first lavalier to feature a microprocessor that adapts the 3.5mm plug to work with almost any microphone input (mobile phone, DSLR, camera, tablet, or laptop.)

The V.Lav uses two LR44 cell batteries, the battery and microprocessor chip are enclosed in a CNC aluminum housing.  Battery power is only used during connection when the V.Lav is plugged into a compatible device.  After the V.Lav has adapted the device that is plugged in, the microphone capsule then runs on power from the device and puts the LR44 batteries back to sleep.
