ORDERING AND PAYMENT

PRICING AND ORDERING

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars and includes all local taxes, but does not include delivery, installation or other service charges. We charge separately for delivery below the minimum order of ($500.00) Five Hundred Singapore Dollars.

 

Products that are ‘In Stock’ is available for in-store pickup or delivery.

 

Products that are ‘Arriving Soon’ are temporarily unavailable and may take up to 8 weeks to be restocked.

 

Products that are ‘On Request’ are subject to the availability of the stock with the distributor or manufacturer of the brand and will require payment before orders are placed. Lead time for these products are usually 3-10 days if stocks are available locally. Orders requiring shipment from overseas may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. You may contact us for more information.

 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days from the date of order placement. Once processed, you will receive via email the invoice for your transaction, and a delivery time-slot will be scheduled up to 7 working days for products listed as ‘In Stock’, from the date of order processed.

 

If you are unable to receive the delivery on the scheduled delivery date and time-slot, you may contact us via our landline or email to reschedule, subject to the schedule of our logistics team.

 

For items indicated as ‘On Request’ or ‘Arriving Soon’, our team will contact you as soon as possible to advise you on the order process and expected delivery date where possible.

 

We may, in our discretion, refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the products you order are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards or are withdrawn. From time to time, we may offer you an alternative product, in which case we will require you to re-submit your order. We will not be liable to you or any third-party by reason of our withdrawing any products from our website, whether or not the product(s) have been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on our website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for products can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal and any other methods which may be provided for on our website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account in full at the time you place your order, including with respect to any pre-order. You confirm that the credit/debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card or PayPal account to use it and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product(s) ordered.

 

We take reasonable care, in so far as it is within our control to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third-party procures unauthorized access to any data and/or personal information that you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
