Refund policy

By purchasing any products either through our website or physical retail store, you agree to our Warranty, Exchange and Refund policy as listed below:

WARRANTY

The warranty period and conditions differ for all products sold at Luther Music.

In general, our products listed are supplied with a one (01) to two (02) year warranty period within Singapore starting from a) the date of purchase if purchased in-store or b) the delivery date if the products were delivered to your location, with the exception of the following product categories: hardware, fluids, bags, cases, accessories and such thereof. For faulty items within the warranty period, please contact us to determine if there is a component fault (if any).

Warranty usually covers the repair or replacement of components if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, external sources such as weather or electrical surges, negligent, improper or modified use, faulty assembly or installation, repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than authorised agents.

Extended warranty periods described on brand websites, if any, are not covered by us or the local distributors We nor the local distributors control any warranty terms and coverage for direct-to-factory servicing/repair. Please check the individual brand's website for more details.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Once you have received the product, it cannot be exchanged for another piece of the same product or a different product, except under the following conditions:

  • There is a manufacturing defect (physical or electronic) in the product not caused by wear and tear.
  • There are missing essential components or peripheries that should rightfully be packaged together with the product.

If your purchase falls under any of the above conditions, you may contact us within seven (07) days of date of order collected/delivered to arrange for an exchange at our retail store. You may also email us at info@luthermusic.com if you are unsure if your purchased item is eligible for exchange. For all such conditions, products must be returned in its original box or packaging, else re-boxing fees may apply.

A credit note may be offered in the event no immediate exchange is available and must be utilized within one (01) month. Extension of the expiry date is not permitted.

Sealed, unopened, unused and unmarked products may be allowed for exchange subject to approval, within seven (07) days from the date of purchase in which you may opt to choose another item and pay the price difference.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not have any return policies or offer refunds on any purchase online or at our retail store.
