A High-output Speaker That Really Thumps

Exploding with 1,400 watts of high-output, Class D-fueled power, the Mackie Thump12v4 preserves the product line’s legacy as an accessible, yet eminently feature-packed, powered loudspeaker—and then kicks things up a notch. Aptly named, the Thump12v4 comes loaded with a custom 12-inch woofer, delivering deep low-frequency response down to 39Hz and a concert-level maximum SPL of 129dB. Meanwhile, the speaker’s SoundCheck DSP facilitates easy one-button setup with selectable voicing modes for multiple use cases. Additionally, you get practical Music Ducking, Feedback Eliminator, and Outdoor Mode features. Beyond that, the Thump12v4 features a built-in 2-channel mixer with flexible combo inputs, Bluetooth streaming and speaker linking, limiting, thermal protection, and wireless control via the Thump Connect 2 mobile app. Finally, the Thump12v4 showcases a rugged yet lightweight enclosure with metal handles for trouble-free transportation.

Rafter-shaking power that makes an impact

The Thump12v4 pairs a 12-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter, driven by a 1,400-watt Class D amplifier, exhibiting a generous 39Hz to 20kHz frequency response and a rafter-shaking 129dB maximum SPL. This means that whether you’re a musician taking the stage or a DJ packing the dance floor, this powered PA speaker ensures that you’ll make a memorable impact. Mackie’s Thump loudspeakers have long been among the most popular in City Music’s inventory, and the Thump12v4 carries on this legacy. Indeed, it’s among the loudest, lowest, and cleanest gigging solutions in its class.
